IMI Norgren

The background
IMI Norgren are the UK's best known manufacturer of pneumatic equipment with a reputation for solid reliable products.  They had identified a need in the market for  high level,  remote monitoring and control of air preparation.  Four sets of working equipment were required for the Hannover exhibition.

The project
Warwick Design was asked to provide design and development for the modules of filtration monitoring with condensate monitoring and discharge, pressure and air flow monitoring, lubrication oil level monitoring and control of dispensing.  Together with these technologies Warwick Design were required to produce the enclosure for the communication electronics.  Technologies were developed and tested, the electronics for monitoring and control developed and the housings machined.  New logos were developed for the new system launch at the show.

The outcome
Within the timescale and in time for the Hannover exhibition four sets of working equipment were delivered which has generated sufficient interest that the product is to be put into production.
