We appreciate the difference between expertise and intellectual property and understand how to apply our experience without sharing valuable knowledge.

All intellectual rights pertaining to, or generated by, our work become the sole property of the client, unless otherwise agreed for joint developments.

Contracts
Experience tells us that potential clients are often wary of long-term contracts that tie them into every phase of a project from beginning to end. At Warwick Design we operate on a staged contract basis, so you'll only ever be quoted on, and charged for, the work you need, whether it's purely an initial concept or more detailed designs.

The product development process can be unpredictable, with some unexpected twists and turns. So it's good to know that the clock's not running from the minute you walk in the door.
