Long client relationships build trust and produce results. Warwick Design’s twenty five years of working with IMI Norgren has generated the engineering and appearance of many new products keeping them at the forefront of the industry.
Warwick Design was commissioned to design and build four pneumatic air preparation units with condensate, filter, air pressure, air flow rate and oil lubrication monitoring and control.
Highly technical developments involving, airflow monitoring and novel fluid level sensing and communications to central controls were carried out to enable the multitasking air preparation FRL to be created.
The device required new measuring and sensing devices for most of the parameters and new means of control.
The integration for machine building was via a variety of automation protocols. The device could also be monitored and controlled locally via the front panel.
The device was built and tested to ensure accuracy of the sensors and reporting. Four sets were delivered on time for demonstration of expertise for a German automation exhibition.
We have also developed other pneumatic products for IMI Norgren assisting the corporation with new concepts for cutting edge products to keep their equipment at the forefront of trusted engineering products.
Warwick Design also undertakes many developments which utilised pneumatics. Test equipment, assembly machines are designed and built in our workshops and on-site commissioned at our customer’s facilities in the UK and overseas.
